Thomas Bolland, CPA, CA
Tom is a graduate of the University of British Columbia and received his Chartered Accountant designation in 2000. He has continued professional development since founding Bolland Associates in 2006 and is a member of the CPA of Ontario.
Prior to establishing his firm, Tom worked in both public accounting and industry, including roles with PKF Hill (now Grant Thornton – Toronto), Powell Jones (Barrie), and as Director of Taxation, Controller & Treasurer for Ash Temple Ltd. (now Henry Schein).
Tom currently serves on the Ontario Sailing Audit and Finance committees and has contributed to several community organizations.
His focus includes small business consulting, acquisitions, corporate and personal tax, and estate taxation. Outside of work, Tom is an avid sailor and frequently travels internationally for regattas with his family.

Aida Pinzon
Aida has a background in Computer Sciences and previously owned and operated a successful manufacturing company. She later transitioned into accounting, completing Business Studies at Georgian College.
Since joining Bolland Associates in 2008, Aida has developed extensive experience in accounting and taxation, assisting clients with receivables, payables, payroll, reconciliations, and audit preparation.
She thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to exceeding client expectations through continuous learning.
Outside the office, Aida enjoys cycling, hiking, skiing, and stand-up paddleboarding.

Chantelle Bright
Chantelle has several years of bookkeeping experience and recently completed her bookkeeping certificate at Georgian College. She is continuing her studies toward a Business Administration diploma in accounting.
As a newer member of the team, Chantelle is focused on expanding her knowledge and growing within the accounting field.
She enjoys an active lifestyle and spending time outdoors with her family.
